Court Approves Final Settlement Against Hyundai Motor Finance

Meyer Wilson is pleased to announce the final approval of a nationwide settlement against Hyundai Motor Finance. Originally filed in 2005, the nationwide class action lawsuit claimed that the Defendant did not give their consumers proper notice of the disposition of repossessed vehicles. The nationwide settlement class provided elimination of deficiencies and credit reporting changes for all persons and entities whose vehicles were repossessed in the state of Ohio during the class period.
