Ms. Yeager is a law clerk with the firm. She graduated from the Ohio State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She currently is attending Capital University Law School and is a Juris Doctor candidate for 2012.

Ms. Yeager's previous employment experience includes the Ohio State University Office of Legal Affairs, the Parliament of Canada, the Federal Public Defender's Office for the Southern District of Ohio, and Franklin County Municipal Court. She also volunteers at various pro bono clinics in Ohio communities where lawyers meet with low-income individuals with legal problems. She conducts initial interviews with clients, helps the clients in completing the intake form, and assists the clients in presenting their issues to the attorneys. In 2010 and 2011, Ms. Yeager received the Dean's Excellence Merit Scholarship from Capital University Law School. She has maintained status on the Dean's List for every semester of school thus far.

As a law clerk with the firm, Ms. Yeager is responsible for researching legal issues, assisting in drafting documents, and providing support for the firm's investor claims and class actions.
